What LibraVDB Memory is

LibraVDB Memory is a local-first agentic memory daemon for real-time AI systems. It ships as a closed-source compiled static binary through apt, AUR, Chocolatey, and Homebrew. The local daemon runs on infrastructure you control.

Private release status

Hosted waitlist access is for evaluation of a future managed service. The hosted service is pre-general-availability. Builds, APIs, documentation, provisioning behavior, and hosted availability may change without notice during the private release period. This is not a public API commitment, a benchmark claim, or a compliance certification.

Data we collect

We collect only what you explicitly give us through the waitlist and contact forms. Both are optional and user-initiated.

Waitlist signup Email address and role selection you provide. Used only for private release coordination. Not shared, not sold, not used for marketing automation.
Contact form Name, email, subject, and message you provide. Used only to respond to your inquiry. Stored in a local SQLite database on the server that processes the form.

Cookies and third-party resources

This site does not set first-party cookies, tracking cookies, or authentication cookies.

Two external resources are loaded for functional operation:

Google Fonts Loads the JetBrains Mono typeface for UI elements. Google may log the request. No font cookies are set by this site.
unpkg CDN Delivers the HTMX library for form interactions. No application data is sent to unpkg.

Neither resource is required for the site to render. If you block them, the site degrades gracefully with system fonts and full-page form submissions.

No telemetry, no phone home

The local daemon does not collect product telemetry, phone home, or require an account, API key, or external LLM provider to operate. Remote embedding, reranking, and summarization integrations are opt-in operator configuration, not hidden defaults.

Local daemon vs. hosted service

The local daemon is distributed under the project LICENSE and EULA and is self-managed. The hosted service is a separate offering with its own signup agreement and policy boundary. Joining the hosted waitlist does not change your local daemon rights or obligations.

Intellectual property

LibraVDB Memory is closed-source proprietary software. The daemon binary, documentation, and website content are protected by copyright, the project LICENSE, and the End User License Agreement. No source code license is granted through website access or waitlist participation.

No warranty

Private release access is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Zephyr Systems LLC makes no guarantees regarding availability, correctness, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted operation during the private release period.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zephyr Systems LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the private release service, waitlist, or website.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as the service evolves. Material changes will be posted to this page. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
